Lump on right side low back of head

I have a lump that is hard on the lower right side of the back of my head kind of under the occipital bone. It is somewhat painful around it. It's about 1cm and like I said its hard. I'm so scared its a brain tumor or some kind of lymphoma. Does anyone else have this or know what it could be?

I have the exact same thing! I posted about it yesterday (scroll down and see the thread posted by me)
I believe it is a lymph node. I have had it for a good few weeks (painless) however it has now grown. It hurt for a few days and is now painless again, but still there and no smaller.
I am going to try to get a doctors appointment tomorrow.
