Is this anxiety surfacing or something worse

[Anxious lu]

So I am in a foreign country so I guess I have been quite anxious.

Yesterday my
Muscles ached and felt week. I have been experiencing pins and needles in my toes randomly and strange chest sensations of not getting enough air.

I have had slight adrenaline surges especially when trying to sleep and haw woken up this morning with a loss of sensation and pinched feeling in my foot/shin. I am also quite shaky.

Past few months I have had numerous tests which found nothing but I can't shake the feeling I have something wrong with me!!

Sounds like classic anxiety symptoms to me. I get all of those.

As you say, you're away from home, so you're maybe "body monitoring" more than you would normally, and with every "discovery" get you a little more anxious.

Sounds perfectly normal for people like us :)
