I've posted this here, as most of my anxiety is due to health anxiety.

I think I have had my first panic attack of this year. Which is a major set back for me. I was doing so well.

I came back from some shopping and went to unpack.. all of a sudden I felt really sick, like i was going to vomit and then i became light headed and dizzy and my heart started beating fast and i had palpitations

I only had toast thing morning around 11am and i didnt get back from shopping untill around 1:30 so maybe its because of hunger but im soo scared this is the start of it all again :( does that sound like a panic attack?
i seem to have forgot what there like. Evil things!

Hello Missy.. Don't assume it was a panic attack and then start worrying. It sounds like it could have been a little release of tension maybe that you had when you were out. Don't let it set you back.. kick its butt! :)xx

It sounds more like lack of food to me than panic attack. Make sure you keep eating regularly to maintain blood sugar levels.

It was probably just dizziness from not eating enough that day. Make sure you eat well and stay hydrated. Even if you had a panic attack, don't worry. It's ok if we have one. Think every single person will experience a panic attack in their life. I thought that I had a bit of a relapse but I'm ok. You get back up and it's easier the second time. Take care!

Thank you all. I was very silly going long without food.

I am finding it very hard to shift the panic feeling now even after lunch and dinner. I guess I am tired too!
Hope tomorrows a better day :(

Hey I was having episodes of suddenly feeling faint, dizzy, and breaking out in a sweat.
It happened a few times, eventually I noticed when I ate food I felt better right away!

Anxiety can make you not as hungry or you can forget to eat.
I always carry a sugary drink on me and some food :)
Even a

Even a nice cup of tea with sugar could help.

I'm guessing its due to my blood sugar dropping? It might be what happened to you.

I have all kinds of symptoms related to migraine. I can distinguish all those as more physical than the anxiety. It is physical as well but there is a very acute emotional part to panic. And suddenly it is over.
