rashes on my inner pennis ?

my question is from day before yesterday i have small rashes in bottom and half on my pennis head,
which was itching in some moment mostly at night times..
and little bit of pain ...
even though i dont have any basic hiv symptoms like flu, headache,swollen glands and all, only this only...
then what it would be??? Can any one suggest me the medicine for this...?:lac:

It's unlikely to be anything serious - you probably just need some cream or, at worst, antibiotics.

No-one can diagnose you on an internet forum though. Go and see your doctor.
