Hello
Big relief that I a m not alone. I had a panic attack in a plane 9 months ago. It was the worse experience I have ever had in my life. I thought I was dying. Since than I haven't had any. However this experience left me with continuous stress and anxiety. There are periods were I feel dizzy spells and I could not relax easily and this is affecting my job and my hobbies. I really enjoy life and I would like to get rid of this permanently. I have started yoga and some breathing exercises are very helpful
I really appreciate this site and some of the posts are very encouraging
