Health anxiety!!!!!! pain in the chest

Hi all,I am suffering from health anxiety (a fear of cancer some of my friends have been diagnosed with it & one died age 52) I am on Citalopram 30mg which did work for about four months,but now the anxiety hits me everyday when I wake up & is then fear in my stomach & chest. Does anyone suffer with this do you know how to get some relief? going to the docs tomorrow,hope he can do something!
