I definitely get a rush feeling. Even ends up as a sweat/flush sometimes.

Hi there - would you describe it like lightning going through your body ? If so I used to suffer from this when my anxiety was at its worst - I believe it's adrenaline on over sensitive nerves - it will get better - when you stop producing as much adrenaline and your nerves get a chance to get a little stronger - try some relaxation techniques - and im sure your feel a difference soon - hope this helps

Hi there, that's the feeling I had when my anx started a few months back. It's very frightening, I thought I had nicotine poisoning from me e-cigs (which I've now chucked).
But I understand that it is adrenalin rushing through your body. I've taken propropnalol to lessen the sensation, thankfully only 2 times in 3 months.
Breathing techniques help as well.
Take care.

Yep that's adrenaline getting your body ready to fight or flight as it perceives a danger that isn't there. I get this quite a lot when I get a sudden chest pain wush the adrenaline rushes through my body putting me on edge. Apparently exercising regularly helps this as it burns off excess adrenaline your body produces. This is my next thing on my list to challenge myself with as I've not been to the gym for nearly 7 months since my chest pains started.

it's strange the adrenaline rush, it's almost as if your mind is tricking your body?
