I posted this topic a couple of days ago but its still worrying me...

Why is it that first thing in the morning my urine is clear, then on the second or third time I go its really yellow? Then it goes clear again. Can't be lack of fluids can it? Cos it wouldn't go normal-abnormal-normal like that.
I haven't got a clue what could cause this but I know I musn't look up the symptoms cos I'll convince myself I've got the worst case scenario.
Please can someone offer a simple explanation?

Hi hun,it is the body clearing out toxins!You are very healthy to have clear urine first thing too!So it is clear,then you start moving about and the bdy says ok itis finr toclear out the toxins now so it is yellow then clear again ,Urine changes colour all the time hun,dont look!!Hpe thathelps ,love mary rose.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you are dehydrated your urine can be very dark.

Try the 2 litres of water a day and see what happens then.
