I just want to let you know how so very proud of you i am and look how strong you have become and how far in your road to recovery you have travelled.

I know how important this appointment is to you and how much it will change your life for the better.

Its not been an easy journey Lisa, its been pretty damn scary at times, but we have done this together, over the years, helping each other clamber up that last bit of the hurdle, well i reached my goal and i'm just giving you a helping hand on yours.
