What a night

Been awake with a racing heart and catastrophising thoughts since 2.45am.

Tried all my normal tricks for getting to sleep but nothing worked.

I have so much to do today and it is our works Christmas do this evening, but 7.17am and I am too exhausted to get out of bed. :sofa:

I've been finding it more stressful recently too, with strict deadlines at work, a cold coming on and several Christmas do's to go to. Thankfully it was my last day at work yesterday, until the new year. Anyway I hope you will enjoy your work's party. Do you have any time off work over Christmas?
