Hi

I have been feeling pretty bad for the past week or so. I currently take 10mg on citalopram. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this?

It feels like I am trapped beneath the clouds and the clouds are solid? I get so freaked out by this feeling and its really scary? Its like a claustrophobic feeing? but not sure why its about the clouds and the sky? It makes me feel very uncomfortable? I had it before about 6 years ago and again about 4 years ago, but it has just come back??

anyone experienced this and what helped?

Certainly I think it's unusual, but it's just a manifestation of your anxiety.

I have experienced it once that I remember, but I can't remember if I was on any meds at the time, so I couldn't really give a full reply to your post.

It happened to me but it didn't last long, I obviously just ignored it as my brain playing tricks on me.

TBH I've had all sorts of symptoms over the past 3 decades :)

its like i know the sky and clouds aren't solid yet i feel trapped within them....very scary and uncomfortable ;(
