anxiety back with a vengence

Hi everyone.Haven't posted here in a while,cause I've not needed to.But tonight something is wrong .For the past few days,have started to get apprehensive and I don't know what's causing it.I think its the idea of spending time with family,something I'm not used to.I like my time to myself,I don't like spending it with others.I'm frightened and I just want to hide under the covers and stay there until xmas is over .I'm feeling really down:weep:

I think this is pretty common from the posts on here. You are not alone. give yourself space, a hideaway sort of thing. It will be all over soon

It is quality time that family expect over Christmas I think, not the amount of time you spend with them. Just explain that you have not been feeling very well over the past few days and will not be able to stay very long.
