i recently downloaded this eft manual a second time! the first time i used it all wrong! Im gonna give it a shot again. Anybody had any luck with eft? I do believe its something that should be stuck with and not tried once on "no didnt work" attitude.

I think you have to have a session with an EFT practitioner first, then you get the idea. I tried it for my anxiety and PAs and although it didn't work it sort of pointed me to alphadynamics and that did. I still use EFT for other stuff like confidence.

Check in your manual for 'reversal'. That is often the problem when it doesn't seem to be doing anything.
