waiting for the pain....

Last week I had a terrible pain in my jaw after having antibiotics the pain went the dentist took xrays can't see anything and the doc said maybe it was a gum infection. So I should be chilled with that reasurance! But 2 days after I have stopped the antibiotics I'm waiting for the pain to come back! And I'm prodding it geez someone stop me!! Every twinge now I think its that! My jaw aches but I think that's because I'm tense! Why can't I stop! :doh:

We've all done that one! Prodded and poked and made it worse. If it was an infection, the pain won't come back. If it does, then you might need different antibiotics. If the x-rays were all clear, then so are you! The antibiotics worked, so perhaps it's best to just leave it alone rather than poke around. Easier said than done I know.
