Hi everyone

Just a quick one I have anxiety but I currently take medication for it, but mixed with the depression it can sometimes still bring me down and without the meds doubt I would even be here. Just looking to speak to like-minded people on the topic and hopefully help me through the tough times. Thanks for reading
