Noro info needed please help having a panic attack

Hi so last night my bf came over he went and visited his nan in hospital and last night I was all rational thinking well it's ok to kiss him cause hes not displaying symptoms yet, but then this morning I started panicking thinking oh god what if he had touched something that had the noro bug on and then what if he put his hands in his mouth or near his mouth and later on kissed me! I spoke to nhs direct and they said my chances of catching it like this would be near impossible but I just wanted your opinions and advice please

I am an emetophobic person too & can undersatnd why you'd feel as ou do but I doubt very much if you will be in a situation to get it. I had to visit the hosptial with my partner 2/3 weeks ago & we were sat there for severl hours. we were ok so i'm sure you will be

my phobic self would feel the same but my realistic and in touch with reality self would say no its not likely.
