Right arm numbness and sometimes both legs

Hi the doctors have been saying i am suffering with anxiety as i am experiencing a few disturbing symptoms and one of them is numb legs ive had this for a while although im aware that this is to do with anxiety i have woke up with a numb right arm it is not completely numb but feels uncomfortable has anyone ever had this as it is making me feel like im having a stroke or something very scary.

Hi, numb legs are a very well-known symptom of anxiety. Numbness in the limbs and difficulty walking are caused by the effects of adrenaline. As for waking up with a numb arm, to be honest you are probably lying on it in your sleep or something, or maybe you have pulled a muscle.

ohh ok ty as ive had this numbness for about 3 days now but to be honest alot of my body feels numb.
