people that use or have used paxil in the past, did the paxil take care of the depersonalization/derealization lightheaded not real feeling? i have that very bad, and ive been taking paxil for 5 days now i was wondering if the paxil would make it go away. how well did paxil make your symptoms go away? did all of them go, or just some? let me know. thanks.
