Hi hope Im doing this right.Im Ellen Im 39.Been suffering from severe anxiety,depression and panic attacks for about 10 years.Had control over it,but the last two weeks been suffering really badly.Just been put on valium short term.Also on beta blockers,and citalopram.
The panic attacks actually started over 10 years ago when I first started antidepressants.
I feel like anxiety and panic is taking over my life.Iv just had an assesment done to get some help.Iv been offered counselling.And also to go to an anxiety workshop.This is out for me as I have a social phobia,low self esteem.no confidence.Its hard to talk things through with the family.They are supportive but dont know what its really like.
