Had it very bad lately.
My ears a bit blocked and I've got sinuses issues and ear ringing.
When I'm lying down I feel like I had few too many drinks.
My head feels dizzy, sometimes it just feels weird it's hard to describe.
My body feels like I'm on a boat maybe or I feel like I'm falling or rising and my muscles naturally?? respond to these sensations, so I can tense up kind of.
It's very uncomfortable as I enjoy relaxing in bed, reading or day dreaming :)
But now I've to force myself to ignore all the sensations which is annoying.
It can feel scary when it's bad.
I can get it too when walking, although I've been good and waited for it to pass.
Or I just get through it some how.
But it's really not fun at all. Lately it's been much worse.
I guess I worry that it won't go away or maybe even get worse.
