Please help is this a symptoms?

Hi please help i have numbness in my right arm since yesterday morning very uncomfortable is this a sign of anxiety i understand people have had numbness in teir left arm sue to anxiety but mine is my right arm this has happened before but not for along time can anxiety do this please and have you had it or what can i do to calm it down?

It is scaring me a bit and also a bit of my hand feels numb and like pins and needles.

Is it possible you have had a trapped nerve which (when it has happened to me) it leaves my arm feeling numb and slightly pins and needley. It goes off in a day or so, sometimes raising your arm helps.

ok thanks for your help it goes right down to my pinky finger it ain't completely numb but it feels unconformable and it is making me panic as if i have something wrong.
