mirtazapine withdrawels

hi im alison ive been on mirtazepine for over a year now but started suffering really severe joint pain. ive stopped taking them but im suffering terrible imsomnia ive had no sleep now for three days and have to be in work for 8am 2morow. ive also been suffering hot and cold sweats do you think this is a withdrawal from the drug, i feel like im goin crazy:ohmy:

I know its hard. I've only just started on mirt, but have been on venlafaxine and other anti depressants for over 15 years and have suffered withdrawal effects from all of them, insomnia and bad anxiety included. Hope you feel better soon, but dont worry overmuch about work tommorow, ring in sick if you like... there are more important things in life than work. 3 days without sleep sounds rough.
