increase in citalopram from 10mg to 20mghi

Hi

has anyone increased from 10mg to 20mg? i did so about a week ago as i was
feeling anxious....i think since i increased
my dose my anxiety has been really
high? Is this normal? I decreased from 20mg to 10mg about 4 months ago...but obviously 10mg wasnt doing much for me as my anxiety came back.

I don't know what to say other than citalopram is absolutely messing with my head :( I can't cope with these side effects!

What dosage are u on? and how long u been on tjem?

Hi Flowers, When I increased from 10 to 20 this time round, I had quite sever side effects about 7 days after the increase but it got better from there
