Hi my name is Anney,
Ive delt with anxiety for over 11 years. I have gotten a pretty good handle on it as of late however the one area i really stuggle with is sleeping. I am afraid to sleep. I am afraid of not waking up. I need comfort and understanding on late nights such as this when i cant just pop in to my shrinks office and talk about whats going on.
