wake with a jolt & then stomach problems

Hi all, hope everyone had a great Christmas. Heres my question, I wake every morning with jolt or anxiety,which then starts off stomach problems pain,discomfort,two bowel movements straight after breakfast,then stomach discomfort for nearly all day.Goes off in the evening most days,does anybody else suffer this?
