upper back pain

really anxious had a chest infectiin which lingered for weeks. had a chest xray which was normal but have had severe stabbing pains in my back.i know anxiety can cause pain and as each day passes i am becoming more anxious.

Could be muscle cramps n your back they can feel very sharp. I'm sure your chest x-ray would have highlighted any cause for concern (which it obviously didn't).

I've been having this for the last couple of days, today is the first day I've felt okay. Mine was between my shoulder blades and very uncomfortable, I had a panic attack Xmas Day evening because of it. I was planning on making an appointment to see my GP but woke up pain free today?
