Palpatations, anxiety or acid?

I have be experiencing a slight popping in my chest thä I thought was palpatations as my heart like dropped when it happened caused by my anxiety I guess and my breath has felt heavy in my chest at the time too.

However the last couple of times it's happened I have followed with small burps which sometime relieve the feeling on my chest.

Could I be mistaking acid for palpatations do you Reakon! It has been worrying me so much I though I had heart problems...?

My 'palp's are always followed by burps so am guessing they're wind. It feels very strange sometimes though! :)

Acid, excess "gas". It would seem to me. I get similar symptoms.

My Doc prescribed me a drug to reduce acid in the stomach but I haven't taken any yet as it's not as bad now.

Yes I was on tablets for it too for a whole for heart burn type thing.. But it stopped so confusing it's annoying..
