Hallucination, with closed eyes or in dark rooms.

I've seen a few posts about it on here.
I myself often see things when I close my eyes, I hate darkness for this reason too.
Often I get visual snow/noise type thing.
Or I see lights or see movement.
Occasionally I'll see objects too.

I'm sure some of this overlaps with the type of hallucinations you get when falling asleep or waking up.

But turns out its perfectly normal, maybe not comon but normal

I've always had visual snow, phosphenes and closed-eye visuals.

It makes for a pretty lightshow at bedtime :)

I didn't know it wasn't normal till I mentioned it to my mum when I was about 8 years old.

Always had them.. and since I've taken up meditation, I even get lucid dreams whereby I actually see dreams, just by closing my eyes and relaxing.. while in between being awake but not quite asleep.
