Chest Tightness - Psychosomatic?

Another day, another symptom...

The last couple of evenings I've found myself getting occasional tightness in the upper centre of my chest... Thing is, though, if I pull out my T-shirt the tightness immediately vanishes. My T-shirts aren't particularly tight at the best of times though, so I'm pretty sure it's not a constriction thing... Is this something anyone else has suffered from?

Sometimes I feel tightness as well even if I am wearing a really loose shirt it feels too close. Don't worry about it though, just about the most common symptom of anxiety :)

Sometimes people can be slow to respond haha I know what you mean when your question is not answered and you think you have some rare condition :)
