Heavy head

Following on from my heavy legs post, does anyone experience a heavy tense head, like all down the back is far too heavy and it makes you off balance? Also the heavy legs.... I'm really worrying this isn't anxiety:( I've suffered for years and these symptoms are new to me.

I don't know about heavy legs, but heavy head certainly seems to be an anxiety symptom. I get muscle tension and pain in the back of my head, neck and shoulders.

It's like my he'd could fall off, it's so heavy down the back with pressure, and I fee off balance, then the heavy legs too. I've had this a while now, but more intense the last few days.
