finger nails & Lunula

Does anyone else suffer fatigue and lack of lunula (half white moons at the base of their finger nails) ?

I only have them on my thumb nails.
I am also taking medicine which is bad for bone health.
I'm also concerned about my heart but am told it's all anxiety.

Everyone I've seen has moons on all fingers (and they are all healthy physically and mentally), am I really alone ?
