Heavy cold and fever now dizzyness?

Ive had a dreadful cold/flu type thing all over christmas and then totally knackered and now i keep feeling dizzy - normal or not? xx

I would say it is normal after a bad cold. I always feel exhausted and dizzy after, it is your bodies way of telling you to rest to recover. x

Thank you Annie, maybe yesterday I overdid it as was the first day i felt better so had to blitz the house etc - you know the chaos with kids and me doing no housework for a few days :winks:

hi I have also had flu cold bug over Christmas and I am now left feeling dizzy and out of it a bit,I do worry so I think that might make it worse, hope you feel better soon x
