Scared

Hi

I am having a really bad week and especially today, I am very anxious and depressed with not nice thoughts. I went to see my emergency Dr today who upped my Citalopram from 20mg to 40mg. I'm having trouble sleeping and am dreading going to bed.

I feel scared and lonely even though I have a husband and 3 children. My husband is very supportive but I feel I can't tell him all this.

I would definitely tell your husband how you are feeling. At first I was hiding a lot from my wife because I didn't think she would understand but bottling it up only makes it worse. Now I'm very open with how I'm feeling and always feel a bit better as she is a good comforter.

I admit its tough because you don't want to overburden them but if it was the other way round if want my wife to tell me.
