hi everyone
just a quick introduction.
Im 32 and have BPD, OCD, and panic disorder. Most of the time Im absolutly fine but am struggling at the moment with a relapse of panic attacks for the first time in many years.
I thought I would sign up and give this place a try in the hope of finding a bit of reassurence/advice and maybe even make a few new friends.
