Hi I am really stressing, I've been diagnosed with fibroids and ovarian cyst. This period was so traumatic, I've have lost so much blood that I'm severely anaemic so I'm on extra strong iron tablets. I have been put on the pill now I also am going for the zoladex injection I am so scared.i have awful panic attacks and health anxiety and a history of depression. I've read up on side effects and now I'm petrified I will have bad side effects like a blood clot. Can someone please reassure me I really can't stand being like this I just am so scared .
