Hi

I'm Lucinda, 40 something, & new to the site.
I'm generally anxious & a touch obsessive about domestic cleaning products and - wait for it - fibreglass - ever since my loft was insulated 2 yrs ago! I Imagine this is will go into my eyes or ears and cause problems if disturbed! My husband says I'm paranoid!
If anyone has any constructive helpful comments to help alleviate my fear, I would be happy to hear from you. I try to do the CBT logic but all too often the emotion overrides it!
