Back again :(

Hi everyone, i havent posted for a while a i was doing ok and now i feel like im back to square one, my concerns before were my veins and pains in my legs and was getting palpatations, still getting the odd palpatation, veins dont bother me as much, just when i think im starting to get over it my hands have started getting really warm at times and go really red, very scared as dont know what could be causing it, ive convinced myself i have circulation problems, anyone else get this or know what it could be :(

Thanks for reply annie, am just so fed up with this constant worry, and sometimes my hands have pins and needles in them too x
