Hi, I'm Natalie.
My main issues involve that of panic attacks and general anxiety which are associated to the phobia which I have of being sick. I'm guessing due to the time of year and the amount of people talking about the 'winter vomiting bug' my anxiety has gotten worse, after me thinking I was doing much better. Figured coming on here may help me to find some help and people suffering from similar issues.
