thanks everyone. I've already been reading some of the articles and everything it says about General anxiety and health anxiety really rings true with me!! Maybe i need to stop googling all my symptoms when i'm ill!!

i seriously thought i had ms last week cus i had pins and needles in my hands. Turns out it could be carple tunnel. I see things very black or white :weep:

Think that is very common with HA , my illnesses are never simple according to me, they always have to be something life threatening. :flowers:
