Does anyone else have a constant fear of HIV?
Rule number one for people with health anxiety DON'T GOOGLE! Unplug the computer if you have to, but stop yourself from looking, it only gives your mind food for fear.
You are probably worn out from worry. If the symptoms have not responded to antibiotics, it's probably a virus, they can go on for months.Give yourself some TLC, plenty of sleep, some nutritious food and gentle exercise, pleasant company and you might start to feel better.
