Sudden ringing in left ear

I was laying here when all of a sudden I heard ringing in my left ear and its very loud, almost as if the television with a bad channel was on. Its been about twenty minutes now and I do not have any exposure to loud noise or ear wax build up. I did a quick search but nothing seems to be giving me an answer and i'm getting anxiety about it because I found that its a symptom of MS and I have been having other symptoms as well. The only reason I don't believe I have ms is because I don't have walking problems. I have numbness in various places but other than that, I have no real health problems (just mental: depression and anxiety).

Why on earth would be ear be ringing this loud? Its freaking me out.

I get that quite a lot and my doctor says it is anxiety.

Im getting the same feeling except with ringing in the right ear tonight.

It can be due to neck strain and the way you are sitting too. I've had this for years and I don't have MS. So don't worry about it. :)
