Bruised pain in back please help!!!

Hi all, new poster here but always read.
Basically it's not unusual for me to have back problems (muscular) but I have the feeling in two places on my spine of a bruise it really hurts hurts even more to touch its high around bra strap and one spot slightly lower. Has anyone had anything like this before? As I'm getting concerned by how much it seems to hurt. Literally just feels like bruising but I've not banged it or anything?

Do you have a visible bruise? If not, I would guess its muscle spasms. I get muscle spasms in that area a lot, and usually that is how mine feel.

Def no actual bruise just feels like one really hurts to lean against and lean forward although movement not restricted at all xx

Yeah, mine usually feel like that. Could you ice it or put heat on it?
