Who meditates?

Sorry not HA related but really want to learn to meditate properly to help with HA and other day to day stresses I've ready plenty about it and even have apps on phone but never seem to switch off enough to meditate coreectle / get in the zone. Does anyone here do it? Can you share some tips? Xx

I do but not as often as I would like. I use crystals as well as music.

I use c.d.s ... they help me to concentrate better.

I just started trying it the other day to calm down ... I found it was easier when I was already kind of calm, as I tried again yesterday in a panic and could not do it for the life of me. But it was a nice experience when I was able to calmly. I guess it just takes practice.

BTW I just googled and tried some free youtube video meditations, there are tons on there!
