Mild headache

I've posted here about MILD headaches that are due to sinus & tension. Now, I live in US & I've been taking pseudophedrine. I'm not sure if thats sold In UK, but it addresses sinus issues & has been helping. Does anyone know about pseudophedrine & why it is more effective than other allergy & sinus MEDS? I'd love to know since I've had these sinus issues for a year and a half now. Thank You.

Yes it is sold in the UK most common brand name is Sudafed. Unfortunately though it should not be taken with some antidepressants. I cannot take it as I am taking tricylic AD's
