Mess not working

I've been taking citalopram for ages now and lately I feel like its not as effective as it was initially!

I have trouble sleeping and my anxiety is the worst it's ever been right now! Any advice on what steps to take? Or how to help deal with the horrible thoughts that go through my head?

Hi Roxy,
I've had this a few times, meds have worked for a while then stopped. I have been on Duloxetine for a year and it's working well. I still have downs but they are manageable. I wish you all the best.

I would pay your GP another visit and discuss your concerns with him/her.
