Bristol support group for panic or anxiety

Hi, I have been looking for any support groups for people to discuss their experiences of panic attacks. I wodnered if anyone knew of any.

or perhaps there is one for generalised anxiety.

Or sleeping problems.

It'd be great to discuss ideas, solutions kind of like an AA group:bighug1:
