Was doing okay, but now not so sure

Hi, I've been taking cit for 5 months and have been doing fine(once I got the side effects out of the way), I am now just about to start some huge changes in my life and the feelings are coming back that I had before I took the cit, the changes won't settle down until mid summer so it's definitely going to be a bumpy few months. I'm not sure if upping my dose will help me cope or if I just need to ride it out. I'm scared I will slip back to how I was before :(

Hi Carol,
Tough question. If you have been doing okay on your current dose I would say stick with that. You cannot be sure that upping the dose will help. I wish you all the best.

Hi Carol, like you I am suffering a bit of a bumpy ride at the mo and my original feelings have returned but for me I'm not sure if the trigger. Had an awful night last night with anxiety/panic attack and took the day off work today to allow me space and recovery time from the attack. hugs to you carol and hope things work out for you :)
