Hi people, not sure if i should post this here but i shall!
Went to the docs earlier for the usual see how im getting on chat. I was telling him about how ive been feeling lately and whats been going on. He seems to think i might be bi-polar. My anxiety might have been masking bi-polar. I can relate to this a little but i dont believe it.
He wants me to go back next week to see another doctor who has vast experience in mental health issues.
Is anybody on here bi-polar or know anybody that is? I would appreciate talking to you if so. See if im going to get this diagnosis or be referred to a psychiatrist.
I am a confused moody sod at the moment!:)
