Duloxetine to Effexor without taper?

Hi, does anybody know if you can stop cymbalta 30 mg and start taking 75mg of effexor. I have been on Cymbalta for a month but my anxiety has worsened so back on effexor. Can you go from one snri to another wothout taper?

Hi,

The NHS guidance says to stop duloxetine and start venlafaxine without any cross-tapering so you've been given the right advice.
