Being overly concerned about your health is just another form of anxiety. It would be best treated by firstly talking to your GP who could offer you some counselling, and maybe get you on a CBT course.
Its very easy to convince yourself you have some illness if you constantly fixate on every twinge, ache or pain. Dr Google is a fraud .So make a point of not Googling ,it really doesn't do you any good whatsoever,

Like everyone else has said really. All I would add is that its common for symptoms to manifest themselves in the way which will scare you the most. I've always had a fear of dying from a heart attack. My anxiety symptoms are 99% chest pains. I've had all the other ones at various stages but none of them bothered me so my anxiety sticks with what it knows works best to keep my fear going.
